Our shop is designed to handle any sized lots, meanwhile maintaining consistent quality throughout. Our production services consist of both milling and turning machines. All of our machines are Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC), which makes it easier to guarantee consistent precision and quality throughout the production lot. As seen in Our Facilities, our machines have the capability to handle various sizes.

We have extensive knowledge and experience in working with a wide range of raw materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, plastic, magnesium, and other exotic materials.

In addition, our access to qualified sources for grinding, heat treating, plating, and other special processes makes Qualitask your “one stop job shop”.

jigs & fixtures

One of our unique services we offer to various customers in the aerospace and welding industries is our ability to make jigs and fixtures for piece parts. If you need a fixture or jig to hold a part for a second operation process or for a final assembly process, we will work with you to design a tool that will get your job done.

In an effort to strengthen our customer’s supply chain, Qualitask is pleased to offer our customers with mechanical assembly services. We want to make certain that our services help solve your supply chain issues. When you require that your project be completed in turnkey or subassembly condition, Qualitask will gather individual components and assemble them to make a product that is ready for use. Our assembly service includes inspection and testing to ensure that your finished product is in spec and working order.
